What’s Included: Contract & Legal Document Review Service?

Attorney review of the legal document – Single pass through reading and review of your legal document, to ensure that all provisions and terms are clear, unambiguous and enforceable. An experienced contract attorney will carefully review your document for:

Accurate reflection of agreed upon terms
Ambiguities, Inconsistencies and/or structural problems
Perceived business, personal, financial, operational and legal risks
Legal compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Negotiating opportunities (e.g., material omitted terms, non-industry standard rates

Written Review Summary – After reviewing your document, you will be sent an email providing a clear summary of our review.

1-on-1 Phone Consultation with Attorney (Max. 30 min) – Following our review, clients will have the opportunity to discuss the contract/document with an experienced contract attorney. During the consultation you may discuss: essential terms and concepts of the agreement needing explanation, the findings and impressions of our review, answer any specific client inquiries included in the requested review, and address any remaining client questions or concerns.

Limited Revisions OR Additional Communications (Max. 15 min)  – Attorney time which can be used towards limited document revisions OR phone/portal communications following the consultation above.

Service Delivery Time
The estimated timeframe for completion of the contract review, following execution of engagement agreement and receipt of full payment, is as follows:
Standard Service (Included) – Delivery of your review within 5 to 7 Business Days after order.
Priority Service – Delivery of your review within 3 to 4 Business Days after order. [$250.00 USD]
Expedited Service – Delivery of your review by 5:00PM EST on the 2nd Business Day* after order. [$375.00USD] 

Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to avoid increasing delivery times.
