Our Flat Fee Contract and Legal Document Review service provides a comprehensive and cost-effective solution for individuals and businesses who need legal documents reviewed by an experienced contract attorney. With our Flat Fee Contract and Legal Document Review service, you can have peace of mind before signing on the dotted line. Our pricing is transparent and affordable at $55.00 (USD) per page, for a single document, up to fifteen (15) pages. There is a five (5) page Minimum Fee requirement, for this service and documents less than five (5) pages will be charged the Minimum Fee. If you have longer contracts or legal documents needing to be reviewed by an attorney, a flat fee quote can be provided.

Included in the Flat Fee Contract Review Service

  1. Attorney review of the legal document – Single pass through reading and review of your legal document, up to fifteen (15) pages to ensure that all provisions and terms are clear, unambiguous and enforceable. An experienced contract attorney will carefully review your document for:
    • Accurate reflection of agreed upon terms
    • Ambiguities, Inconsistencies and/or structural problems
    • Perceived business, personal, financial, operational and legal risks
    • Legal compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Negotiating opportunities (e.g., material omitted terms, non-industry standard rates)
  2. Written Review Summary & Recommendations – After reviewing your document, you will be sent an email providing a clear and concise summary of our review. Based on our review findings, we will offer suggestions for any necessary revisions to the document to better align it with your needs and objectives.
  3. 1-on-1 Phone Consultation with Attorney – Following our review, clients will have to opportunity to schedule a 30-minute consultation with an experienced contract attorney. During the consultation, we will cover any legal terminology and concepts that may need explanation, our review findings and address any remaining client questions or concerns.
  4. Limited Revisions – Up to fifteen (15) minutes of revisions, or improvements following the consultation.

PLEASE NOTE THAT LAMAR LEGAL PLLC IS ONLY LICENSED IN THE JURISDICTION OF FLORIDA. If your document/contract is subject to law where LAMAR LEGAL PLLC ATTORNEYS are not licensed, LAMAR LEGAL PLLC will still review the contract, but cannot, and will not, give any opinions as a matter of law. If you submit a document/contract that relies on law outside of Florida, LAMAR LEGAL PLLC will still review and comment as outlined above, but will qualify our review and likely recommend clients seek the advice of competent, local counsel. Additionally, submitted  documents/contracts requiring special expertise, will still be reviewed, but we may recommend you seek the advice of a specialized attorney.

  • What types of legal documents can be reviewed?

    We are capable of reviewing a broad range of contracts and legal documents including contracts, leases, agreements, and legal correspondence. This also includes documents needing your signature, and those that do not.

  • Who will be reviewing my legal document?

    All contracts and legal documents are reviewed by Attorney Alanna Marisa Lamar.

  • How long does the review process take?

    The standard delivery time for completion of the initial review and receipt of the written review report is 4 – 6 business days.

    Clients can also choose an Expedited or Rush Delivery turnaround for an additional fee.

    Expedited Service Delivery turnaround is 2 – 3 Business Days for an additional $250.00

    Rush Next Day Delivery turnaround is Next Business Day for an additional $375.00

    The review process may vary depending on the complexity of the document and the extent of the review required. We will provide you with an estimated timeline once we receive your document.

  • Will I receive a written report of the review?

    Yes. You will be provided with a written report via email that includes our analysis of the document, our findings, and any recommendations or suggestions for revisions.

    When you receive the email with the written findings you can then make an appointment with the attorney to discuss in detail the document and have your questions answered.

  • Can you negotiate changes to the document on my behalf?

    Yes. The written report will include any recommendations and negotiating opportunities that maybe available. The attorney can provide guidance on how to negotiate changes or modifications to the document to better protect your legal interests. Additionally, the attorney can assist with drafting any necessary revisions. The service includes up to 15 min of revisions. Revisions in excess of 15 minutes will be charged at a hourly rate or a flat fee that will be quoted during your consultation.

    If further assistance is needed, the attorney is available to negotiation contracts on your behalf for an additional fee. Contract negotiation services are charged at an hourly rate.

  • How much does the service cost?

    We offer transparent flat fee pricing for most contracts and legal document review. For documents up to fifteen (15) pages the flat fee costs is $55.00 per page, for a single document.

    The cost of our contract and legal document review service can vary depending on the complexity of the document and the extent of the review required. We will provide you with a quote for the service once we receive your document if it falls outside of our per page flat fee pricing.

  • Can you provide a rush service if I need the document reviewed quickly?

    Yes, we can provide a rush service for an additional fee if you need the document reviewed quickly.

    We offer the following turnaround times and rush delivery options:
    Standard Delivery: 4 – 5 business days (Included)
    Expedited Delivery: 2 – 3 business days (+ $250.00)
    Rush Delivery: Next Business Day (+ $375.00)

    A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Our Flat Fee Contract & Legal Document Review Service delivery times refer to the time it will take to review the document and email the client with the written review report and access to the scheduling calendar. The delivery times indicated begin to run on the business day following the execution of an engagement agreement and receipt of payment.

    It’s important to note that contract review consultations with the attorney are subject to availability and may not be able to be scheduled on the same day client receives the written review report.

    The specific turnaround time for the review and consultation process depends on the complexity of the document and the availability of attorney.

  • Will my information be kept confidential?

    Yes, we understand the importance of confidentiality and will keep your information and document strictly confidential. We will only share the information with our attorneys who are involved in the review process.
