Managed Annual Compliance Subscription
Your Florida Business Compliance. Handled Automatically. $975/Year.
Managed Annual Compliance Subscription
Set It and Forget It. We Handle Your Florida Compliance Year-Round.
Most business owners know they need to file a Florida annual report. Fewer know about the three amendments they may need during the year, the compliance calendar they should be tracking, or the legal check-in that catches problems before they become expensive.
Our Managed Annual Compliance subscription bundles all of it into one flat annual fee. You get the annual report filed, amendments handled as they arise, a compliance calendar with deadline reminders, secure binder access, and a 30-minute annual attorney check-in — automatically, every year, for as long as you subscribe.
Specifically, this subscription is the right fit if you want compliance handled without thinking about it, if you are a CPA managing multiple client entities, or if you formed your business through Lamar Legal and want ongoing support as a natural extension of that relationship.

Who the Managed Compliance Subscription Is For
This subscription fits a specific type of client — and it is worth being direct about that so you choose the right service.
It is the right fit if:
- You own a Florida LLC or corporation and want compliance handled without managing it yourself
- You have experienced the stress of a near-missed filing deadline and want a system that prevents it
- You are a CPA, accountant, or registered agent managing compliance for multiple client entities
- You formed your business through Lamar Legal and want ongoing compliance built into that relationship
- You want access to a compliance binder and attorney check-in as part of your annual investment
If you simply need your annual report filed this year with no ongoing commitment, the Florida Annual Report Filing service is the more appropriate choice at a lower one-time cost.

The 30-Minute Annual Legal Check-In
One feature that distinguishes the managed subscription from a simple filing service is the annual 30-minute attorney check-in. Because compliance is not just about filing on time — it is also about catching structural issues before they become legal problems.
During your annual check-in, we cover:
- Your entity’s current standing and any outstanding compliance obligations
- Changes to your business that may require amendments or additional filings
- Questions about your operating agreement, ownership structure, or governance
- Any legal or regulatory developments relevant to your business type or industry
- Next steps and priorities for the coming year
This session is not a full legal consultation — it is a focused annual touchpoint designed to keep your business legally organized and give you direct attorney access as part of your subscription.
Multi-Entity Compliance
If you own or manage multiple Florida entities — or if you are a CPA managing compliance for a client portfolio — our managed compliance subscription accommodates multiple entities under a coordinated arrangement.
Each entity is treated as a separate subscription client with its own compliance calendar, binder, and annual report filing.
Multi-entity submissions are accepted through a single intake process, and we offer pricing arrangements for multi-entity accounts.

-
Q: What does ‘managed’ mean in the context of this subscription?
Q: What does ‘managed’ mean in the context of this subscription?
A: It means we initiate and complete your annual report filing each year without requiring you to contact us or track the deadline. Before each filing cycle — typically in January or February — we confirm your entity information, prepare the report, and file it with the Florida Division of Corporations. You receive confirmation when it is done. You do not need to remember the deadline or manage the process.
-
What is a simple amendment and what does it not cover?
Q: What is a simple amendment and what does it not cover?
A: A simple amendment is a routine update to your entity’s public record — such as a change of registered agent, principal office address, or an officer or manager update. Up to three of these per year fall within your subscription. What is not covered: ownership changes, equity restructuring, entity conversion, dissolution, name changes, or any amendment that requires a more complex legal analysis. Those are quoted and handled separately.
-
How does the auto-renewal work?
Q: How does the auto-renewal work?
A: Your subscription renews automatically each year on your renewal date. We send you an advance notice before billing. You may choose to renew in December or January — specify your preferred renewal month at signup. To cancel, provide written notice at least 30 days before your renewal date.
-
Can I add entities to my subscription after signing up?
Q: Can I add entities to my subscription after signing up?
A: Yes. If you add a new Florida entity or want to bring an existing entity under your subscription, contact us and we will set it up. Each additional entity is a separate subscription at the standard rate, or multi-entity pricing if applicable.
-
Does the subscription cover anything beyond Florida compliance?
Q: Does the subscription cover anything beyond Florida compliance?
A: The subscription covers Florida Division of Corporations filing obligations — annual reports and simple amendments — plus the compliance calendar, binder access, and annual check-in. It does not cover federal filing obligations, IRS requirements, professional licensing, local business tax receipts, or legal matters outside the defined scope. Additional services are available and quoted separately.
-
What happens if I miss the subscription renewal payment?
Q: What happens if I miss the subscription renewal payment?
A: If a renewal payment is missed, we notify you and attempt to collect using your saved payment method. If payment is not received before the May 1 deadline, your annual report may not be filed on time, and state late penalties would apply. We strongly recommend keeping your payment information current.
-
Can CPAs or accountants sign up on behalf of their clients?
Q: Can CPAs or accountants sign up on behalf of their clients?
A: Yes. We work with CPAs, accountants, and legal teams managing compliance for multiple entities. You can submit multiple entities in a single intake and coordinate billing and communication through your office. Contact us to discuss the best arrangement for your practice.
